For students who are studying from home, it is still vitally important to exercise and keep as healthy as possible. With that in mind, we have put together a page on SharePoint with some fitness videos. The videos vary in difficulty and there are also some yoga workouts for those who would prefer something more relaxed but just as worthwhile.
